Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals Group in Semarang is seeking an HR Operations Staff to manage HR services including learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and employee relations to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology or Management and at least 1 year of experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. You will support HR processes and ensure accurate administration across departments.
