Job summary

Prysmian Group Indonesia is seeking an HR professional to assist the HR Manager in running the HR department, with responsibilities spanning payroll, compliance, recruitment, development, and reporting. Collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders is essential to ensure timely and compliant HR operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least 1 year in HR, strong English, and hands-on payroll system experience in a manufacturing or multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources.
• Experience with Payroll is a must.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong computer application and payroll system skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate, timely salary processing and statutory payments.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs (medical, life, pension, BPJS, leave, employee welfare).
• Prepare workforce analytics and HR reports (headcount, labor cost, overtime, absenteeism, hours).
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll records and HR data accuracy.
• Support recruitment from manpower requisition to onboarding in the Plant.
• Coordinate training plans, records, and compliance training.
• Support performance management processes and appraisal administration.
• Engage with shopfloor and manage attendance, discipline, and employee relations.
