Job summary

PT Sempoa Sip Indonesia is seeking a hands-on, adaptable HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR operations in a dynamic Indonesian team. You will lead employee relations, handle industrial relations, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and manage payroll and HRIS with accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years in HR, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion for sensitive matters.
• Proactive and able to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all HR-related inquiries and be the first contact for employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes.
• Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor law and regulations.
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring statutory compliance (tax, BPJS, etc.).
• Maintain HRIS data, records, and reporting.
• Support various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
