AADK is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations across its outlets in Surabaya. You will manage recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation, while implementing performance management and training initiatives to elevate workforce capability.

The role emphasizes employee relations, policy compliance, engagement, and data-driven HR reporting, collaborating with store leaders to enhance operations and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, law, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources / Human Capital.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisor or team leadership role.
• Proven experience handling various HR functions, including: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition; Payroll & HR Administration; Performance Management; Employee Relations & Industrial Relations; Learning & Development; HR Operations & Compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations across units and outlets.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Monitor workforce planning, placements, transfers, and manpower availability.
• Ensure payroll processing, attendance, and HR documentation are accurate and timely.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems and KPI evaluations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to improve competencies and leadership.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and industrial relations per policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and employment regulations.
• Monitor engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR reports and analyze workforce data for management decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and Store Leaders to address workforce challenges.
• Support new outlet openings with recruitment, onboarding, and training preparation.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the HR team to meet targets.
