JAPFA, a leading agribusiness, seeks an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee end-to-end HR operations. You will review HR transactions, reconciliations and reports while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

You will coordinate with Payroll, C&B, ER/IR, and IT to keep operations smooth and compliant. In this role, you will resolve routine escalations, maintain service quality, and drive improvements across our Indonesian operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising HR operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Proven ability to review HR transactions, reconciliations and reports.
• Strong coordination with Payroll, C&B, ER/IR and IT.
• Ability to resolve routine escalations and maintain service quality.
