Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support local overseas employees and Chinese expatriates, ensuring compliant, efficient HR processes and a superior employee experience.

The role focuses on implementing global HR policies abroad, leading overseas HR projects, and maintaining HR data systems. Strong English and Chinese communication are essential, with 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience preferred.
• Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations.
• Proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
• English and Chinese speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
• Implement the group’s HR policies and procedures overseas locally.
• Initiate and lead overseas HR projects and continuously improve HR operations.
• HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
• Provide HR operations support for local overseas employees and Chinese expatriates (transfers, contracts, file management, non-cash benefits, supplier liaison).
