Job summary

PT. ANZAWARA SATRIA is looking for a Community Development & External Affairs (CDEA) Supervisor to lead engagement with local communities, authorities, and external stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in CSR or related fields are required, with preference for mining experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Community Development, External Affairs, CSR, or Community Relations, preferably in coal mining.

Experience managing relationships with local communities, government authorities, and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of CSR/PPM (Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat) and community development programs in the mining industry.

Experienced in handling community issues, grievances, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Able to develop and monitor community development programs and prepare related reports.

Good understanding of mining regulations and government requirements related to community development and external affairs.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse communities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to be based at the East Kalimantan mining site.
