Job summary

Hong Kong Yonyou Xinfushe Cloud Technology Co.,Limited in Indonesia is seeking an HR & Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end HR and administration, including recruitment, training, policy implementation, employee relations, government liaison, and license management.

Based in Jakarta, you will manage payroll, attendance, benefits, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws, while serving as the bridge between Chinese management and local staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Law, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Administration management.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in Chinese-invested companies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Plan and conduct employee training and development programs.
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, industrial relations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Oversee office management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
• Liaise with government authorities and manage company legal permits and licenses.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Chinese management and local Indonesian employees.

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for end-to-end human resources and administration management in Indonesia, including recruitment, training, policy implementation, employee relations, government liaison, and license/permit management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field

• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Experience working in Chinese-invested companies is highly preferred
• Experience with government liaison, permit management, and expatriate work permits is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
