Job summary

PT Aldmic Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in West Jakarta on a part-time basis. You will support contract preparation, employee records, and HR documentation, gaining practical exposure to employment law and industrial relations.

You will assist with meetings, training sessions, recruitment support, and HR policies while developing professional skills in a collaborative, compliant Indonesian business environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, business, law, or related field.
• Understanding of Indonesian employment law or willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employment contracts and HR documentation per Indonesian labour laws.
• Coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and development programmes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures development.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Assist with employee relations issues and grievance procedures.
• Research updates on employment law and regulatory changes.
• Provide general administrative support to HR staff.
