Job summary

Green School Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to safeguarding training and staff welfare. This role supports international staff in a dynamic school setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR Generalist roles, strong L&D knowledge, and proficiency in HRIS, Google Workspace, and MS Office. Indonesian nationals only; based on Green School Bali campus in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an end-to-end HR Generalist role, preferably in an international school or similar diverse setting (global context).
• Strong knowledge of learning and development best practices, with hands-on experience coordinating training programs for 20–30 staff.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in HRIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, adaptability, and ability to shift between HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Indonesian nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition (30%): Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with safeguarding policy compliance.
• Training & Development (25%): Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities and budgets.
• Employee Relations & Industrial Relationship (20%): Foster a positive workplace and ensure policy compliance and staff welfare.
• Performance Management (10%): Coordinate annual performance management cycles with managers and staff.
• Personnel Administration (10%): Oversee HR records, data, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Strategic Support (5%): Partner with HR Manager on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
