Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, HRIS/HRMS activities, and general affairs support across the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with employees, managers, Finance, IT, regional teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR and office operations, from onboarding to offboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, BPJS programs, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, covering end-to-end HR operations and administration
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR operations
• Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, payroll administration, and employee benefits
• Experience in General Affairs / office administration and working with external vendors
• Proficient with HRIS/HRMS and maintaining accurate employee data
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• End-to-End HR & Employee Administration
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and onboarding to offboarding
• Administer attendance, leaves, records, contracts, and HR docs
• Coordinate payroll administration with Finance
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, and benefits
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation
• Support offboarding and exit procedures
• Respond to HR queries and provide timely support
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and company policies
• General Affairs & Office Operations: maintain supplies, facilities, and assets
• Coordinate relationships with office vendors and building management
• Assist with access cards, parking, and office logistics
• Support HRIS/HRMS data updates and lifecycle changes
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding preparation
