Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Strong competencies in office administration, organization development, HR management, and reporting & analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manpower requirements with each department to align structure with company needs.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions to ensure ISO compliance and clear roles.
• Identify employee development needs through training programs and approved budgets.
• Monitor HR information systems for accurate and up-to-date data.
• Manage employee data, transfers, promotions, onboarding and offboarding per procedures.
• Prepare monthly HR reports to support evaluation within HRGA & IT.
• Draft and update HR policies to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Support HR programs (town halls, sharing sessions) for smooth implementation.
