Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Bali, Indonesia seeks an experienced HR GA Senior Manager to lead local HR operations and General Affairs for the Bali team. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labour and regulatory requirements while driving organizational effectiveness and a positive work environment.

You will manage payroll, recruitment, contracts, BPJS, and expatriate admin, while advising management on local HR matters and coordinating with the global Head of People.

Responsibilities

• Lead local HR operations and compliance for the Bali team, ensuring alignment with Indonesian labour, employment, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, including salary calculation, tax withholding, BPJS contributions, and timely statutory payments.
• Oversee local recruitment and onboarding programs aligned with the global People framework.
• Handle employee relations matters as the primary local HR contact, escalating complex issues to the Head of People.
• Manage expatriate HR administration, including KITAS processing and renewals.
• Oversee attendance, leave, absence, and overtime in line with policies and legal working hours.
• Advise management on local HR and employment matters to mitigate compliance risks.
• Coordinate with the global Head of People on HR policies and local implementation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and prepare mandatory manpower reports.
