Job summary

Jet Commerce is seeking an experienced HR & GA Lead to shape and govern our people and workplace programs across the company's Southeast Asia operations. You will define strategy, policy, and governance, while steering talent reviews, labor-law compliance, and payroll oversight.

This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to design organization structures, manage vendor governance, and drive HR digitalization in a fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
• 8+ years HR experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll controls, org development, vendor & facility governance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual HR & GA strategy, roadmap, policies, service catalogue, budget, and manpower plan.
• Define role boundaries, SLAs, approval matrix, and controls across HR & GA.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, job architecture, succession, talent review, and performance management.
• Advise management on restructuring and capability gaps.
• Set recruitment strategy, hiring standards, employer branding, vendor governance, and quality controls.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, HRIS, benefits, employee data, reporting, controls, and HR digitalization.
• Own workplace strategy, office/facility operations, security, housekeeping, transportation, assets, workplace permits, vendor performance, continuity plans.
• Coach team members, set KPIs, review service performance, resolve cross-functional issues, and lead HR/GA audit readiness.

Position: HR & GA Lead

What Will You

• Develop annual HR & GA strategy, roadmap, policies, service catalogue, budget, and manpower plan.
• Define role boundaries, SLAs, approval matrix, and controls across HR & GA.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, job architecture, succession, talent review, and performance management.
• Advise management on restructuring and capability gaps.
• Set recruitment strategy, hiring standards, employer branding direction, vendor governance, and quality controls.
• Own labor-law compliance, employee relations governance, disciplinary process, grievance handling, investigations, and industrial-risk mitigation.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, HRIS, benefits, employee data, reporting, controls, and HR digitalization.
• Own workplace strategy, office/facility operations, security, housekeeping, transportation, assets, workplace permits, vendor performance, and continuity plans.
• Coach team members, set individual KPIs, review service performance, resolve cross-functional issues,
• Lead HR/GA audit readiness, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, and continuity coordination.
• Support due diligence, integration, office relocation, organizational change, and other strategic assignments.

What You Will Need

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin will be advantages.
• Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience, including 3 years leading teams. exposure to GA/workplace operations
• Experience in HR operations, payroll controls, organization development, vendor and facility governance
• Have understanding in Indonesian labor law,
• Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
