Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo seeks an HR Operations Specialist to maintain accurate employee data, provide clerical HR support, and respond to employee inquiries to ensure smooth HR processes.

The position is temp for 6 months (PKWT) and requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, at least 2 years in HR operations, strong HRIS experience, meticulous data handling, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HR operations, employee services, or related field.
• Experience with data management and personnel operations using HRIS systems.
• Strong in data management, employee data analysis, reporting, and validation.
• Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• This position is temporary for 6 Months (PKWT).
