PT. Universal Agri Bisnisindo is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into actionable insights. You will collect, validate, and report on headcount, turnover, recruiting, and costs, helping management plan with confidence.

The ideal candidate has a statistics or data analytics background, 1–3 years in HR analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with HRIS or ERP systems. This role offers collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of HR analytics, data analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and HR processes is an advantage.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP or large employee datasets is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, demographics, and workforce costs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and workforce issues; translate data into insights for management.
• Support rewards analytics: salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and cost simulations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize HR reporting processes; collaborate with HR to improve data quality.
• Present HR analytics findings and recommendations to stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and business units.
