Job summary

Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites in Bali seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team, ensuring villas, rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards while guest comfort is maintained.

You will allocate tasks, inspect spaces, train staff, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering. English skills and a keen eye for detail are essential; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and training abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
• Allocate room assignments and daily tasks based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures.
• Inspect rooms, villas, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status, maintenance issues, and special guest requests.
• Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment, including stock control and requisitions.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain performance and service consistency.
• Handle guest complaints and lost and found items professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
• Prepare shift reports, schedules, and housekeeping performance records.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
