Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across villas and rooms. You will ensure cleanliness, attend to guest needs, and manage staff performance to uphold brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in housekeeping at supervisory level, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. You will supervise supplies, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination, with weekend/holiday scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Able to manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory efficiently.

Able to handle problems and coordinate with other departments effectively.

Responsible, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physically fit and willing to work according to operational schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Good communication skills in English are an advantage.
