Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across villas and rooms. You will ensure cleanliness, attend to guest needs, and manage staff performance to uphold brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in housekeeping at supervisory level, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. You will supervise supplies, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination, with weekend/holiday scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, or villa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team.
• Ensure villas and rooms are cleaned according to company standards.
• Check room cleanliness, amenities, and overall condition before guest check-in.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work schedules.
• Train new housekeeping staff and ensure cleaning procedures are followed.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Handle housekeeping-related guest complaints and report issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and provide regular updates to management.
