Job summary

Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites is seeking an experienced Garden Team Leader to oversee the landscaping and outdoor areas of our villa property in Bali. You will lead the gardening team, ensure lush, well-presented grounds, and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping for overall property appearance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in landscaping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, knowledge of tropical plants and irrigation, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the gardening/landscaping team.
• Plan and implement garden maintenance schedules including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Ensure lawns, plants, pools surroundings, and outdoor features are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Monitor irrigation systems and coordinate repairs with Engineering as needed.
• Manage garden tools, equipment, and supplies, including budgeting for plants and materials.
• Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of garden team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all garden operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for overall property grounds presentation.
• Prepare basic reports on garden conditions, supply needs, and maintenance progress.

• Basic communication skills in English is a plus.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
