Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with industry trends and develops business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability and market share.
• Executes business plans and ensures alignment with brand strategies at the property level.
• Works with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue-generating strategies and pursue leads.
• Coaches Executive Committee, provides development opportunities, and ensures staff succession planning.
• Champions brand values and maintains strong relationships with owners, officials, businesses, and customers.
• Analyzes business information to monitor performance, budget adherence, and profitability.
• Ensures compliant and fair employee relations and labor practices.
• Collaborates on revenue management strategies to maximize yield and occupancy.
• Maintains strong owner relations with proactive communication and performance reporting.
