Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead all operations at the Semarang flagship property. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand alignment, while building owner and community relationships.

The role requires extensive hotel management experience, strategic leadership, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in hotel management with at least 5 years as General Manager.
• Proven track record in driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial results and market share.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of department managers.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, maintaining the hotel's reputation.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and brand standards.
