Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a marketing professional to lead hotel facilities, events, and MICE marketing in East Jakarta. You will craft comprehensive strategies, identify prospective clients, and manage relationships to drive revenue.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to present the hotel’s spaces, coordinate EO and conferences, handle bookings, and ensure flawless event execution. A minimum of two years in hotel/venue marketing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong communication skills and confidence.
• Marketing experience in the hotel or venue industry.
• Extensive database and networking in corporate, government, and MICE sectors.
• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for hotel rooms, event organization (EO), and MICE services to attract potential customers, both individuals and corporate clients
• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and similar prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
• Collaborate with the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and various events
• Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client requirements
• Work closely with event organizers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay
