Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for room facilities, event organization (EO), and MICE services to attract potential customers.
• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and similar prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and various events.
• Handle booking processes, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs.
• Work closely with event organizers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay.
