Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a hotel sales and marketing professional in East Jakarta to lead marketing for rooms, events, and MICE services. You will attract both individual and corporate clients and present hotel offerings in person or virtually.

Identify prospective clients, manage contracts and bookings, and drive revenue through targeted sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events, and ensure exemplary service during visits and stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales/marketing.
• Professional appearance, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Strong communication skills and confidence.
• Experience marketing hotel facilities and services.
• Extensive database and networking (Corporate, Government, MICE).
• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for room facilities, events, and MICE services to attract potential customers, both individual and corporate.
• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and others.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and various events.
• Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs.
• Work closely with event organizers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay.
