Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Hotel Management and Account Management.
• Ability to supervise an operational team in a Star-rated hotel.
• Bachelor's degree required, preference for Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal departments and property staff.
• Analytical abilities for business performance evaluation and long-term planning.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
