Job summary

Fairfield by Marriott Jember will operate a full-service hotel with a restaurant, pool, fitness center, and multiple meeting spaces. The role oversees operations across departments, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

The candidate will lead teams, manage staff, and align goals with property targets, contributing to a smooth opening and exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations in hotel departments (Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, Engineering/Maintenance).
• Lead specific team while helping meet or exceed property goals.
• Improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize department financial performance.
