Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a proactive Marketing Supervisor to lead hotel marketing initiatives, drive room bookings, and strengthen brand awareness. You will plan campaigns, coordinate cross-functionally, and develop partnerships to support business growth.

With a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in hospitality marketing, you will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and digital marketing skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal packages.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns, and online channels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare marketing reports, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and coordinate the marketing team to achieve targets.
