Kempinski Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager for a fixed-term, full-time position in Indonesia. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue, manage social media, PR, and promotional content, and collaborate with Sales, F&B, and Revenue teams.

You will ensure brand consistency, monitor online reputation, and coordinate media visits, press releases, and campaigns across channels.

• Manage public relations efforts by hosting journalists and influencers, writing media pitches, and maintaining strong industry media contacts.

• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual guidelines, and messaging across all digital platforms, printed materials, and advertising channels.
• Monitor online customer feedback and review platforms, analyze campaign performance metrics, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data insights.

Description

Develop and execute hotel marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive revenue. Manage social media, public relations, promotional content, and media or influencer visits. Collaborating closely with sales and food and beverage teams, they create press releases, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral. Also monitor the hotel's online reputation and assist in maintaining consistent brand standards across all channels.
