PHM Hotels Head Office Jakarta is seeking a Marketing professional to shape the digital presence across five brands. You will lead performance marketing, social media strategy, and content creation to drive direct bookings and raise brand awareness throughout the portfolio.

You will plan campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, manage social calendars, optimize ROI, and collaborate with property teams to produce compelling visuals and SEO-friendly content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, hospitality or travel preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing platforms.
