Four Points by Sheraton Cikarang seeks a skilled Hotel Manager to lead property operations and drive profitability at a major industrial corridor hotel. The role requires imposing leadership over Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Event Management, ensuring service excellence and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel management experience in Indonesia, preferably with pre-opening or conversion projects, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• Or a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same areas with 6+ years’ related experience.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability and manage departmental budgets to meet financial targets.
• Oversee property operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Lead the operations team to deliver brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage human resources activities, performance appraisals, and staff development.
• Implement service strategy and hotel brand initiatives across the property.
• Ensure alignment with regional programs and drive revenue growth.
