Job summary

Accor Bandung is seeking an IT Manager to lead daily hotel IT operations, ensuring all systems run smoothly and securely. You will oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure while coordinating with vendors to maintain reliability.

The role requires hotel IT operations experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication; you will work with multiple departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and support our digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager in the hotel industry.
Experience managing hotel IT operations and systems.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the hotel's daily IT operations and ensure all systems run smoothly.
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Handle IT-related issues and provide technical support to hotel departments.
Monitor IT systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure system reliability.
Coordinate with vendors and external parties regarding IT-related matters.
Supervise and manage the IT team to ensure effective daily operations.
