The Semarang Marriott Hotel seeks a strategic Hotel Manager to lead property operations and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Based in Semarang, Indonesia, you will oversee Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering and supporting departments, partner with the executive team, and ensure delivery of Marriott's service standards while managing budgets and team development.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• OR: 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and departmental budgets to meet the brand's strategic goals.
• Lead property operations teams and communicate the service strategy consistently.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and related departments to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Review financial reports and manage occupancy, wages and controllable expenses.
