Job summary

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, strong preventive maintenance knowledge, and solid HVAC and fire-safety understanding, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance programs and special projects.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, fire mains, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Engineering to ensure efficient operation of the Engineering Department.
• Support other operating departments with required services.
• Maintain equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
