Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Business Development Staff to nurture current partnerships, seek new opportunities, and help expand the brand across strategic locations. The role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in Indonesia’s hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will manage partner relationships, analyze market trends, and coordinate with Site Planning, Revenue, and Analytics teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development in hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• You are a high-energy individual with strong business sense.
• Data-centric, enthusiastic, motivated with a quick learning ability.
• Based in Bandung and willing to travel frequently; driving license A & C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for existing partners and build lasting relationships.
• Engage regularly with partners to understand needs and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with Bobobox goals.
• Develop strategies to retain partners and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and engage potential new partners to support growth.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to secure strategic locations for new branches.
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements for mutual benefit.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and collaboration opportunities.
• Evaluate location potential considering competition and ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with Site Planning, Revenue, and Business Analytics to align goals.
• Work with marketing and operations to maximize partner value and joint initiatives.
• Track and report partnership performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Seek feedback from partners to refine processes and service quality.
• Stay informed on industry developments to bring innovative ideas to the table.
