Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate to attract, engage, and develop talent across Bandung HQ and branches. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, own learning and development programs, and drive the company culture and values.

You will also analyze HR metrics to inform retention strategies and coach junior associates in daily tasks and growth. Bachelor’s degree in psychology is preferred, with 4+ years in startups and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
• Min. 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company.
• Preferably experience as an HR generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
• High sense of ownership.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the end-to-end process of HR management.
• Understand the core business process of Bobobox.
• Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ.
• Develop and own learning & development programs.
• Drive company culture & values initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
