Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or hot section
• Basic understanding of hot kitchen preparation, plating, and food handling procedures
• Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow kitchen instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within the kitchen team
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
