Job summary

PT. LYD Management Bali is seeking a Commis III (Daily Worker) to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and smooth service. The role involves basic cooking, ingredient prep, plating, and upholding hygiene standards according to SOPs.

You will assist senior staff, follow recipes, and contribute to a fast-paced kitchen environment. Availability for daily shifts and immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience as Commis III or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Familiar with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and SOPs from senior kitchen staff.
• Willing to support daily kitchen operations, including food prep, plating assistance, and cleaning duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and under pressure.
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage.
