Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in kitchen operations or hot section.
• Basic understanding of hot kitchen preparation and cooking techniques.
• Hygiene, sanitation and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to prepare ingredients, sauces, and hot dishes.
• Capable of following kitchen instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
