• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging, and guest-focused approach
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage guest flow in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, additional languages and international exposure are a plus
