Job summary

Potato Head Family in Bali is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to handle incoming calls, guest concerns, service requests, and F&B reservations with clear, timely communication.

You will manage WhatsApp messages, guest activity reservations, and F&B group bookings, coordinate with other departments to resolve needs, and maintain accurate guest records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience in a hotel of similar standard.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with guest service systems, CRM software, incident handling, and service coordination.
