Job summary

Flow Haus Project in Bali seeks an experienced hospitality training manager to lead service training, product knowledge, and guest experience across outlets. You will develop training materials, conduct evaluations, monitor effectiveness, coach leaders, and build a positive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, preferably in training, supervisory, or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and SOPs.
• Experience delivering training sessions on service and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Leadership with passion for developing people and creating a learning culture.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work across multiple outlets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high service standards.
