Job summary

Flow Haus Project in Bali seeks an experienced hospitality training manager to lead service training, product knowledge, and guest experience across outlets. The role requires minimum 2 years in hospitality in training, supervisory, or managerial capacity, plus strong knowledge of SOPs and service standards.

You will develop training materials, conduct evaluations, monitor effectiveness, coach leaders, and build a positive learning culture.

Qualifications
