Job summary

PT ECOLIT KONTRAKTOR BALI is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across Solvyn City, River Surf, and Solvyn Hall in Bali. You will identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and build strong relationships to generate sales in hotel accommodation, F&B, and event services.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in hotels, hospitality, F&B, events, or venue sales, with strong English and Indonesian language skills, and experience with CRM

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality, F&B, events, or venue sales preferred.
• Proven lead generation and closing abilities, with strong English and Indonesian language skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and approach new potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, networking, and in-person visits
• Develop new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, tourism, F&B, and event markets
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and prospects
• Develop new partnerships with companies, travel agents, tour operators, event organizers, wedding planners, and other relevant business partners
• Promote accommodation packages, group bookings, corporate stays, and long-stay opportunities
• Promote Solvyn Hall as a venue for corporate events, private functions, celebrations, meetings, workshops, and other events
• Promote F&B offerings, catering packages, group dining, private functions, and special dining experiences
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and new client acquisition KPIs
