Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG/beverage/HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong network within Bali's HORECA market and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead offline sales strategies to penetrate Bali market.
• Develop and expand distributor networks and strategic partners.
• Acquire new HORECA customers (hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, beach clubs).
• Coach and supervise sales team; monitor performance and execution.
• Organize activations, promotions, and brand visibility activities.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, trends and market developments.
• Prepare reports and forecast revenue for senior management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
