Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emails, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents during the sales process (proposals, contracts, banquet orders).
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Gather materials and assemble information packages (brochures, promotional materials).
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software (commissions, leads, third parties).
• Answer guest questions about facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, events).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Follow all company policies; maintain appearance and confidentiality; protect assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate service needs; thank guests warmly.
