• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information.
• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with appropriate departments.
• Sell rooms based on availability and ensure rates match market codes.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while modeling company standards.
