PT Ebony Mitra Pratama is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee three business units: KTV, SPA, and Hotel in Jakarta. You will lead daily operations, drive service quality, and implement strategies to boost revenue and occupancy while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and coordinating with HR, Finance, Marketing to achieve targets and improve overall profitability. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in hospitality/business management.
• Minimum 5 years in KTV/SPA/Hotel or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and multi-unit operations experience.
• Strong revenue, budgeting, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of KTV, SPA, and Hotel units.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor sales targets, occupancy, and profitability.
• Manage costs, budgets, inventory, and assets.
• Prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing to support objectives.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
