Meat Up Place in North Jakarta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and shape the strategic direction of our venue. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure high standards of service, and deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in hospitality, strong operational know-how, and the ability to manage budgets, costs, and a diverse staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Fluent in Indonesian; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the venue, including staff management and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and address concerns promptly.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the venue.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during service hours.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
• Report performance and operational challenges to senior management.
