Job summary

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star international hotel chain.
• Luxury hotel or international experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent English communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building an efficient team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
• Encourage associates to maintain good relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Ensure punctuality, proper uniform and name tag, high personal appearance standards and grooming.
• Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Assist in training associates to develop necessary skills for productive performance.
• Supervise associates to maintain standards and service methods per the Operations Manual.
• Assist in managing departmental budget and control costs with proper approvals.
• Adhere to hotel rules, fire, hygiene and safety policies and local regulations.
• Respond to changes in the department as required by business needs and guest service demands.
